FIFTH EDITION:
True cinephiles will surely recognize and cherish the enchanting village of Palazzo Adriano, a hidden Sicilian gem renowned for capturing the attention of director Giuseppe Tornatore. He transformed it into the primary, natural film set for the Oscar-winning masterpiece, “Nuovo Cinema Paradiso”, but this quaint village has also served as the backdrop for various other films and commercials. This lovely Sicilian village always remains etched in memory, particularly its famous square where a grand cinema once stood for the making of Tornatore’s movie—witness to encounters, tragedies, and shattered dreams. Today, it stands laden with memories and evocative charm.
